EDUCATION:
Dr. Jennifer Schneider is a summa cum laude graduate from St. Bonaventure University. She pursued her doctoral studies at the Arizona School of Health Sciences where she graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Audiology degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Jennifer Schneider has been an audiologist for over 25 years. After graduating summa cum laude and valedictorian from Saint Bonaventure University, Dr Schneider decided to follow in her father's footsteps. She achieved a master's degree from the University of Buffalo and a Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. In July of 2000 she opened The Audiology Center in West Seneca, New York. Dr. Schneider specializes in diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing aid fittings and patient care. Being a second-generation audiologist gives her a unique perspective into patient centered care . She understands how important it is for a patient to feel comfortable with their healthcare provider. She takes the extra time to understand the patients' needs and how best to care for their hearing loss. Dr Schneider values the long-term relationships she has developed with thousands of her patients and their families. Many of these relationships have span three generations of family members. Jennifer is a New York Licensed Audiologist and a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Jaclyn Spoth, Au.D.

EDUCATION:
Dr. Jaclyn Spoth completed her externship at the Cleveland Clinic before graduating with honors from the University at Buffalo's Doctoral program in Audiology.
EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Jaclyn Spoth completed her externship at the Cleveland Clinic before graduating with honors from the University at Buffalo's Doctoral program in Audiology. She has been practicing for the last 5 years. She specializes in comprehensive audiological evaluations for children and adults, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fitting, verification and repairs. She is also experienced in fitting assistive listening and Bluetooth devices to help people connect to their world. She has strong family roots in Western NY. Jackie is a NYS licensed Audiologist and a NYS Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Madeliene Friedman, Au.D.

EDUCATION:
Dr. Madeliene Friedman graduated from the University at Buffalo's Doctoral program in Audiology in 2024. Dr. Friedman brings a new energy to The Audiology Center. Madeliene is a NYS licensed Audiologist and a NYS Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser.
EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Madeleine Friedman was born and raised in Western New York. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology, as well as her BA in Speech and Hearing Sciences and minor in counseling, from the University at Buffalo. Throughout her graduate studies, she was a member and treasurer of the Student Academy of Audiology. The group regularly participated in community hearing screenings and advocated for hearing health. She was also awarded the Tindle-Shupe Award for Clinical Excellence. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her fiancé and their cat, reading, traveling, or playing board games. She is a NYS licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser.

EDUCATION:
Audiologist, Jerri Kaplan, M.A. specializes in auditory and vestibular diagnosis and treatment. Jerri does VNG (Video Nystagmography) evaluations...including modern vHIT testing (peripheral vestibular function testing).
EXPERIENCE:
Jerri brings over 40 years of experience in the field of diagnostic audiology to the practice. She specializes in testing of hearing disorders. Jerri is a NYS Licensed Audiologist.
